Alpine Select was born from a simple belief:
Exceptional products should be chosen not just for their reputation, but for how well they delight the people they're intended for.
New Zealand is home to some of the world's finest produce, wines and artisan products. Yet, through my own experience, I realised that "premium" doesn't always mean universally loved. Every market has its own preferences, and finding products that genuinely resonate requires more than looking at certificate or price tags—it takes careful selection.
The moment everything came together happened one evening in Central Otago.
I was sitting with my Airbnb hosts, Julie and Dave, sharing a bottle of Pinot Gris produced by their neighbours. As someone who had never considered myself a wine drinker, I usually endured wine rather than enjoyed it. Then I took a sip.
For the first time, I understood what people meant when they said, "This wine goes down so easily." It wasn't intimidating or overly complex. It was elegant, balanced and effortlessly enjoyable. That single glass changed my perspective—not just on wine, but on how extraordinary products should make people feel.
It also sparked a question: How many incredible New Zealand products never reach overseas consumers simply because nobody has matched them to the right audience?
That question became Alpine Select NZ.
Today, we work closely with New Zealand producers to discover products that are not only exceptional in quality, but also thoughtfully selected for the preferences of our customers across Asia. Whether it's cherries, wine, honey, seafood or other premium products, our role is to bridge the gap between outstanding New Zealand craftsmanship and the markets that will truly appreciate it.

New Zealand is renowned for producing some of the world's finest food and agricultural products. However, the distance can makes international buyers face uncertainty when sourcing from here. Communication, product alignment with expectation and cultural preference differences can create unnecessary risk.
Alpine Select NZ wants to bridge that gap.
Through our research and understanding across selected industries, including cherries, honey, and wine, Alpine Select NZ aims to provide customers with educated advice on procurement selections in New Zealand and help them make informed decisions.
With a commitment to maintain supply chain consistency, we will actively monitor and follow up on any possible risk that may affect the product shipment. In the event of challenges, we will have recovery strategies ready to help customers minimises losses and maintain confidence.
